Thank you for choosing Guardian Lock. We want our free-trial, cancellation, and refund terms to be clear.
7-Day Free Trial
Guardian Lock includes a seven-day free trial.
- A payment method is required to begin the trial.
- Nothing is charged when the trial begins.
- Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically begins at $14.99 USD per year.
- Your checkout window displays the date of your first scheduled payment.
To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial-ending date shown during checkout.
Canceling Your Trial or Subscription
Canceling during the free trial prevents the first annual charge. Canceling an active annual subscription prevents future renewals.

Canceling does not automatically refund a payment that has already been completed.
7-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are charged after the free trial and Guardian Lock does not work as described, you may request a refund within seven calendar days of the first $14.99 annual payment.
A refund may be approved when:
- Guardian Lock does not function as described.
- A technical problem cannot be resolved after reasonable support efforts.
- A duplicate or erroneous payment was made.
Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws and Paddle’s refund policies.
Annual Renewals
The seven-day refund guarantee applies to the first paid annual charge after the free trial.
Annual renewal payments are generally non-refundable once processed. Duplicate payments, billing errors, and circumstances covered by applicable law will be reviewed.
Cancel before your renewal date to prevent the next annual charge.

Refund Processing
Paddle is Guardian Lock’s authorized Merchant of Record and handles payments, subscriptions, taxes, cancellations, and approved refunds.
The time required for an approved refund to appear depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.
