If YouTube Guardian does not work as described or you experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be approved when:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
- The software does not function as described.
- A technical issue cannot be resolved after reasonable support efforts.
- Duplicate purchases were made accidentally.
Refunds are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle’s refund policies.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind after successful installation.
- Failure to read the product description before purchasing.
- Problems caused by unsupported operating systems, third-party software, or modifications made by the customer.
