By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Guardian Lock, you agree to these Terms of Service.
License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Guardian Lock.
Unless otherwise stated, each license permits activation on up to two (2) personal Windows computers owned by the purchaser.
You may not:
- Redistribute the software.
- Resell the software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
- Remove or bypass licensing or security features.
- Share your license key with others.
Ownership
Guardian Lock and all associated software, graphics, documentation, trademarks, and related materials remain the intellectual property of the software developer.
Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the software in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
Updates
Your annual subscription includes all updates, improvements, bug fixes, and new features released during your active subscription period.
As long as your subscription remains active, you’ll have access to the latest version of Guardian Lock.

Guardian Lock is designed to help parents manage access to YouTube.
Guardian Lock is designed to work with supported browsers and services as they exist today. Because YouTube, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Windows, and other third-party services may change over time, occasional compatibility issues may occur. We work to address compatibility changes through updates, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with third-party services in every circumstance.
The software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the software developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Guardian Lock.
Any liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the software license.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller operates.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Guardian Lock after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
