By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using YouTube Guardian, you agree to these Terms of Service.
License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use YouTube Guardian.
Unless otherwise stated, each license permits activation on up to two (2) personal Windows computers owned by the purchaser.
You may not:
- Redistribute the software.
- Resell the software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
- Remove or bypass licensing or security features.
- Share your license key with others.
Ownership
YouTube Guardian and all associated software, graphics, documentation, trademarks, and related materials remain the intellectual property of the software developer.
Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the software in accordance with these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
Updates
Your purchase includes free bug fixes and updates for Version 1 of YouTube Guardian.
Future major versions may be offered as separate upgrades.

YouTube Guardian is designed to help parents manage access to YouTube.
Because YouTube, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Windows, and other third-party services may change over time, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility or protection in every circumstance.
The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the software developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, YouTube Guardian.
Any liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the software license.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller operates.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of YouTube Guardian after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
